| The treasurer shall: |
|
- With the other board members establish and hold the aims and objectives of the ECET.
- With the president provide a mechanism to deal with all concerns expressed by the members.
|
|
|
|
- Be a person who is an independent nurse practitioner.
- Since the official language of the ECET is English, the treasurer must be able to communicate in English.
- Within this role, the treasurer will act at all time in an ethical manner.
- Must liaise with a registered accountant and independent auditor to prepare an annual report of the accounts of ECET. Present a copy of this to the board and members.
- Will act as co-signatory with the president on all audited accounts of the ECET.
- Can act as an independent signatory for the account.
